Check out the new puppy we have on my blog.
As you know I live in the middle of nowhere. No, make that the very tippy top of absolutely nowhere. All of our gifts have to be ordered well in advance so the kids don't wail on Christmas day. I spent the morning praying (it's phenomenal how fast one finds religion when one needs to) that the Lego Tie Fighter Star Wars set Santa ordered my son made it in on the ferry. I'd already composed a letter of apology and everything. At 3:45 the post mistress called and said it was here.
How's that for cutting it close.
I need a drink.
